What Makes This Different From the Assessment
The Executive Readiness Diagnostic captures two data streams simultaneously: the leader's own self-rating and a rater's external perspective. The real insight is not in either score alone — it is in the gap between them. Where alignment is high, you have self-aware, calibrated leaders. Where gaps are large, you have coaching work to do.
How to use it: The leader completes the left column. A rater (manager, peer, or direct report) completes the right column — either simultaneously or separately. The diagnostic then surfaces alignment, blind spots, and understated strengths.
